These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and iq77 ("iq77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the iq77 online gaming platform accessible at iq77.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through iq77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the iq77 Platform.

iq77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

To register and use the iq77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and is strictly enforced by iq77. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through iq77's responsible gaming tools or by any regulatory authority.
• Not an iq77 Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of iq77 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

iq77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by iq77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on iq77, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the iq77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. iq77 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account Ownership: Your iq77 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
• KYC Compliance: iq77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests, including the submission of valid government-issued identification and supporting documents.

iq77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iq77 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security;
• Notify iq77 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

iq77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless iq77 determines otherwise following investigation.

iq77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from iq77 requesting your password, please disregard it and report it to our support team immediately.

iq77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

• Currency: All player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the player.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. iq77 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Deposit Verification: iq77 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit, including proof that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and the account suspended.
• No Credit: iq77 does not offer credit facilities. All gaming activity must be funded from cleared funds held in your iq77 wallet. iq77 is not a financial institution and does not hold player funds in interest-bearing accounts.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

iq77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms.

Players may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from their iq77 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. iq77 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not passed KYC verification.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Fees: iq77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which iq77 accepts no responsibility.

iq77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

iq77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. iq77 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, poker, and bingo may each carry different contribution percentages, as specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Players must opt in to each promotion separately where an opt-in mechanism is provided.
• Abuse: iq77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any account, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that iq77 reasonably considers to be abusive.

All bets placed on the iq77 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from the iq77 system. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation, the bet will be deemed void and any staked amount returned to your wallet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or any other aspect of a bet, iq77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. iq77's decision in such matters is final.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunctions, manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, or where iq77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event or game has been compromised.
• Sports Betting: For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football, iq77 follows standard industry rules for event settlement. In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time the market is closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iq77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the iq77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of iq77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of iq77.

The iq77 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of iq77. You may not use any iq77 trademark without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iq77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond iq77's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.

iq77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your iq77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude iq77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

iq77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

iq77 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

iq77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

iq77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in to your account or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the iq77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

iq77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account;
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, iq77 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, iq77 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

You may close your iq77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

iq77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform at iq77.app/terms-conditions.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — iq77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material amendments, changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the iq77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact iq77's support team as described in Section 17 to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

Nothing in this section shall prevent iq77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
